Where we ship

We currently ship to Australian addresses only. Orders are sent with Australia Post from Thurgoona, NSW.

Shipping costs

• Standard Shipping: $12 for orders of $120 or less. Free Standard Shipping on orders over $120.

• Express Post: $16 for orders of $150 or less. Free Express Post on orders over $150.

The shipping options available for your order and the final cost are shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery estimates

Ready-to-ship items are usually processed within 2–4 business days. Custom, made-to-order and personalised items may take longer; please see our Custom Orders FAQ for the turnaround time.

Current delivery estimates shown at checkout are:

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

• Express Post: 3–5 business days

These are estimates. Busy periods and Australia Post delays may affect delivery times. We’ll let you know if we expect a delay to processing your order.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you the tracking details. You can track your parcel through Australia Post.

Delivery issues

If your parcel is delayed or marked as delivered but you can’t find it, check the tracking, safe delivery location, household members and neighbours. You can also contact your local post office. If it’s still missing, email us at info@creativemusehandmade.com.au with your order number and we’ll help investigate.

If an item arrives damaged or something is missing, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos if available. We’ll review the issue and help with a resolution.

Address changes and returned parcels

Please email us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. We can’t guarantee changes after an order has been dispatched.

​If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or because it wasn’t collected, contact us to arrange next steps. A reshipping charge may apply; we’ll confirm any cost before sending it again.
