After refreshing the header and homepage, I focused on the often-overlooked footer. With ChatGPT’s help, I added a newsletter signup, trust icons, a Journal link, and reorganised the layout to better reflect my handmade brand. Small updates—but they’ve made a big difference!

In this post, I dive into the next stage of my DIY website refresh—updating the homepage one section at a time with the help of ChatGPT. From redesigning the hero banner in Canva to adding a custom image slider and refining layout details, each improvement helped bring more warmth, clarity, and personality to my handmade brand. It’s still a work in progress, but I’m loving the transformation so far!
